Before You Come In

Please complete our New Practice Member forms before your first appointment. Completing these online saves time; otherwise please arrive 15-20 minutes before your first appointment to fill out your forms in person. Please bring a copy of your Driver's License.

The Initial Consultation

​

Before you meet with the doctor, we will give you a brief tour of the office.  During your initial health consultation, the doctor will go over your history and perform a detailed exam including: a posture evaluation, range of motion assessment, muscle testing, testing your reflexes, orthopedic examinations, physical examination and x-rays as needed.

Follow-up Visit

​

On your second visit, the doctor will review your examination and x-ray findings, if x-rays were taken. The doctor will discuss treatment options, cost, and time to heal.

Routine Visits

​

The doctor will provide routine chiropractic visits. Additionally, therapeutic rehabilitative exercises, home exercises nutrition counseling, and electric muscle stimulation may be suggested to supplement the adjustments.

Finances

​

All financial options are discussed prior to treatment, so there are never any surprises. We accept FSA and HSA.
